Donation
Dear MES community,
Within the culture of our community we believe in the importance of encompassing diverse voices within the community; including the voices of people marginalised by their institutions, their finances, their country's finances, etc.). For such belief to be accomplished, we depend on the generosity of the members of our community.
To invite voices of scholars whom we might not hear from due to financial constraints, we would like to ask for contributions from the members of the community. Your support, of any amount, goes directly to the persons needing the support.
In MES9, we plan to support scholars from countries with middle or low Human Development Index.
If you are able to contribute to support in this way, please read the following instructions in order to donate.
Donation Payment Procedures
Donation payment will be possible either by credit card or bank transfer (described below, option 1 & 2). All amounts will be payable in Euros (€).
Option #1: Bank transfer
Each donator should firstly create an account by registering in the website through the Log in / Sign in section. After creating your account, you will immediately receive an e-mail at your e-mail address. Please follow the instructions in order to activate the account. Authors that already have an account from the paper submission process or registration process do not need to create a new account. After that you can Log in through the conference website and proceed to your donation through the on-line donation form (Main Menu -> Registration -> Donation Form).
Apart from the on-line donation form, each participant following option #1, should also send the copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Conference Secretariat by email. Any form received without the payment receipt cannot be processed. Please make sure to use the payment code as a justification for your bank transfer as indicated below.
Please note that all payments must be done in Euros.
Upon receipt of donation form and payment, the Conference Secretariat will send you a written confirmation of your valid donation.

The total sum of payments which appear in the donation form should coincide with the amount of Euros written on the receipt of payment.
Any bank fees charged must be borne by the participant.
Option #2: Credit card
Payments by credit card are also possible through the on-line donation form.
